Our clients, former division one athletes, love to be active. They fill their days with hiking, and running, and various sports. However they always struggled with body odor. They tried all kinds of different deodorant products but none seemed to last against their active lifestyle and they found themselves constantly having to reapply. Frustrated by this, they turned to making their own deodorant that actually works and lasts without having to reapply—and it just so happens to be made of natural ingredients. It was very important for the Vive brand to lead with performance first. The target audience for Vive are health conscious and would love a natural product, but they refuse to sacrifice performance. We designed the Vive brand to first communicate high performance and athleticism, and then communicate natural ingredients as a secondary benefit.
